Marketing Outreach Coordinator (Castle Hill YMCA) – Part-Time / Regular • $20.00 Hourly The YMCA of Greater New York is here for all New Yorkers — to empower youth, improve health, and strengthen community. The Castle Hill YMCA is seeking a Marketing Outreach Coordinator to build the Glebe Older Adult Community Hub image through marketing, social media, press coverage, newsletters, and website maintenance. The role involves ongoing outreach with various stakeholders to generate referrals and relationships. The Coordinator will work with the Program Director to identify new ways to reach target communities and increase program awareness, supporting the Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE). Key responsibilities and goals include increasing program awareness, generating qualified referrals, and building partnerships and word-of-mouth advocacy within relevant demographics. Responsibilities

Coordinate graphic design, printing, and distribution of printed materials. Provide program education through lectures, presentations, or other communications with community and business stakeholders. Maintain email and mailing lists. Maintain social media platforms, including Facebook and the YMCA’s mobile app. Operate the website and keep it updated with fresh and relevant material. Write high-quality marketing and communications materials (brochures, newsletters, fliers, postcards). Develop informational handouts/packets and follow up on referrals and appointments. Support special events and attend meetings to enhance knowledge of the program and care delivery. Provide administrative support to the department as needed. Ensure alignment with YMCA of Greater New York brand guidelines and coordinate with the Association Office on social media postings. Desired Skills & Experience

High School Diploma required. Minimum of one to two years of experience in communications, marketing, or related fields. Knowledge of social media, website maintenance, and general marketing. Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both written and oral. Strong project management and organizational skills; ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Strong writing skills for posting on social media. Benefits
