Hilton Grand Vacations . Our In-House Marketing Representative entails generating leads and booking qualified timeshare sales presentations for prospective Hilton Grand Vacations Owners, Club Members, and other qualified customers. You will also provide both customer and concierge services to all guests projecting a professional company image. Schedule Details: Our Marketing Concierge will work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays. Eligibility: All U.S. hourly team members not represented by a labor organization or subject to the collective bargaining agreement. Responsibilities
Assist management in achieving and exceeding departmental monthly budgets. Assist with implementing department initiatives to increase efficiency while maintaining a positive demeanor and work environment for guests and team members. Ensure team members are using company-approved scripts when speaking to guests. Perform the duties of team members to provide coverage as needed. Communicate customer needs and interests to management to adapt the company offerings to market needs. Communicate information about the area’s locations and activities to prospective clients. Ensure In House team members consistently have tools and collateral stocked at their locations. Assist in other related duties as assigned. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent 2+ years of experience in the vacation ownership industry 1+ years of supervisory experience in marketing/vacation ownership Strong ability to learn and use office software (MS Office 365, Adobe, Windows) Proficient English language interpersonal skills, verbal and written Flexible to work varied days and shifts, including weekends and holidays Up-to-date knowledge of local area attractions and points of interest Preferred qualifications (advantageous):
