As Campaign Manager, you will be the strategic heartbeat of the operation: overseeing day-to-day campaign logistics, driving big-picture strategy, and ensuring we’re firing on all cylinders from kickoff to Election Day. Responsibilities
Designing and executing winning campaign strategies on messaging, field, fundraising, and outreach. Building and leading a diverse team of staff and volunteers who are ready to fight for change. Coordinating major campaign events, press opportunities, and voter-contact initiatives. Managing the campaign budget and ensuring compliance with all FEC regulations. Working directly with labor unions, grassroots organizations, and national partners to grow a movement that’s bigger than just one race. Qualifications / Experience
Experience in campaign management or related leadership roles; experience with UAW contract fights, statewide ballot initiatives, or local elections is valued. Ability to develop and implement strategic plans, manage complex logistics, and coordinate diverse teams. Strong collaboration skills to work with labor unions, grassroots organizations, and national partners. Why Join Us?
