As Campaign Manager, you will be the strategic heartbeat of the operation: overseeing day-to-day campaign logistics, driving big-picture strategy, and ensuring we’re firing on all cylinders from kickoff to Election Day. Responsibilities

Designing and executing winning campaign strategies on messaging, field, fundraising, and outreach. Building and leading a diverse team of staff and volunteers who are ready to fight for change. Coordinating major campaign events, press opportunities, and voter-contact initiatives. Managing the campaign budget and ensuring compliance with all FEC regulations. Working directly with labor unions, grassroots organizations, and national partners to grow a movement that’s bigger than just one race. Qualifications / Experience

Experience in campaign management or related leadership roles; experience with UAW contract fights, statewide ballot initiatives, or local elections is valued. Ability to develop and implement strategic plans, manage complex logistics, and coordinate diverse teams.
