We are seeking a

highly motivated, professional, and entrepreneurial Investor Relations & Capital Development Manager

to accelerate our growth by building strong syndicator relationships, onboarding new investors, and raising capital through syndicators, funds, and institutional partners.

Key Responsibilities

Investor & Syndicator Relations

Serve as the primary point of contact for syndicators, funds, and institutional investors.

Build and maintain long-term trust-based relationships with capital partners.

Manage onboarding processes for new investors and ensure a seamless experience.

Respond promptly and professionally to investor inquiries.

Capital Raising & Business Development

Identify, engage, and onboard new syndicators, family offices, private funds, and institutional investors.

Collaborate with leadership to structure deals that align with investor objectives.

Drive capital inflows by executing business development strategies and investor roadshows.

Represent Cashera and Funders App at conferences, industry events, and networking forums.

Marketing & Communication

Develop investor-focused pitch decks, presentations, and marketing materials.

Partner with marketing teams to build funnels and lead-generation campaigns targeting syndicators and funds.

Host investor webinars, presentations, and calls to showcase opportunities.

Reporting & Compliance

Prepare and distribute regular investor reports, portfolio updates, and performance summaries.

Track and analyze investor trends, capital inflows, and syndicator performance.

Monitor compliance with investor agreements and regulatory requirements.

Work closely with finance and operations to ensure transparent and accurate reporting.

Qualifications

Proven experience in

investor relations, capital raising, private credit, or alternative lending .

Strong existing network of syndicators, family offices, funds, or institutional investors (preferred).

Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to inspire investor confidence.

Entrepreneurial mindset; self-driven and comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.

Familiarity with merchant cash advance (MCA), fintech lending, or private credit markets is highly desirable.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field (MBA a plus).
