With an established presence in New York, we are now entering a new phase of expansion to strengthen investor relationships and broaden our market reach in the US. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Investor Relations Manager / Director, based in New York, to drive this growth. The selected candidate will be invited for a 1-week trial in New York, with all travel and accommodation expenses fully covered by the company.
Key Responsibilities
Strengthen brand visibility and credibility through investor roadshows, conferences, seminars, PR campaigns, and targeted marketing collateral.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and investor surveys to refine positioning and investment strategies.
Develop and execute marketing and communication strategies to attract and retain high-value investors.
Lead the design, structuring, and launch of new investment products and services, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Identify and promote cross-selling opportunities across related business units.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with institutional and accredited investors through consistent engagement.
Organize and manage investor meetings, presentations, calls, and events, including preparation of high-quality materials.
Actively participate in capital-raising initiatives such as investor pitches, roadshows, and industry conferences.
Maintain and update an accurate investor/client database for use by the Board and senior management.
Oversee the preparation and submission of investor reports, monthly performance updates, and analysis for leadership.
Lead and negotiate investment deals aligned with the company’s growth strategy.
Requirements
Based in New York
Proven experience in investor relations, private equity, fundraising, or investment management at a Manager or Director level.
Demonstrated track record of capital-raising and investor engagement in the US market.
Excellent communication, relationship management, and strategic planning skills.
Entrepreneurial, resourceful, and comfortable working independently across global time zones.
Willingness to travel internationally for investor engagement and firm initiatives.
Availability for a 1-week trial in New York
