Overview
As a part-time Sr Brand Ambassador, you bring our brand to life every day. Your goal is to provide everyone who comes in the store with an amazing shopping experience and to represent our company values with integrity and energy. Responsibilities
You're a people person! You engage with every guest to help them find exactly what they're looking for, using a friendly, customer-first mindset. (We’ll teach you the AEO Selling Model.) You're passionate about AE & Aerie product. Guests come to you to learn product details, and you make product suggestions to fit their needs. You share the brand love by introducing the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests. You can hang! You flex between the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed. You're an innovative problem solver. You proactively resolve guest concerns while following company policy to keep guests happy. You're a team player. You collaborate with your team to get the job done. You act with integrity and adhere to AEO's policies & procedures. Qualifications
You love interacting with people and bring high energy to a fast-paced environment. You are available to work when guests shop (evenings, weekends & holidays). You love AE and Aerie products. You have retail experience; practice makes perfect. You are at least 18 years of age. Why You’ll Love AEO
