We’re building software that tackles some of the most complex back-office workflows—things like multi-state taxation, payroll compliance, and edge cases that most platforms shy away from. We’re looking for a Product Designer who thrives on transforming these challenges into clear, trustworthy, and intuitive experiences. You’ll own core product journeys, craft scalable design systems, and partner with product and engineering to bring ideas from concept to production. This is an opportunity to shape the end-to-end experience of a platform that businesses rely on every day. What You’ll Do

Lead design for critical user flows (onboarding, payroll compliance, approvals, filings), focusing on clarity and trust. Build and evolve a design system with accessible, consistent patterns across web and mobile. Prototype and test new concepts using Figma and code-adjacent tools, iterating quickly based on research and analytics. Collaborate closely with engineers to translate complex policy and regulatory logic into guided, elegant UIs. Contribute to growth efforts through landing pages, lifecycle comms, and campaigns that credibly communicate automation. Set and uphold a high bar for design quality, accuracy, and consistency. What We’re Looking For

2+ years of product design experience in fast-paced environments (startups, agencies, or early-stage teams). Strong skills in modern design tools (Figma preferred). A portfolio that demonstrates systems thinking and ability to simplify complexity. Experience designing for B2B, fintech, or similarly high-stakes products is a plus. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across product and engineering. High agency, curiosity, and the drive to figure things out. Why Join

This is a chance to design in a domain where clarity, trust, and usability matter deeply. You’ll work on problems that directly impact how businesses operate, with the freedom to experiment, shape systems, and leave a lasting design mark. Role and team
