What you'll be doing:
Design and develop AI-based conversational solutions using Google CCAI. Interface with clients to develop user journeys/experiences and influence decision-making related to impactful AI-driven experiences. Create sample dialogs, conversational flow diagrams, and prototypes to communicate voice and digital interactions effectively. Establish and promote conversation design best practices, reusable patterns, and processes. Demonstrate customer-centricity with strategic and analytical skills, executing at scale. Guide intent identification, including phrases, entities, contexts, and business rules. Apply NLP/NLU concepts like sentiment analysis, intent classification, dialog flows, text-to-speech, and speech-to-text in design. Collaborate with developers to integrate data from APIs, databases, and other sources into experience design. Work with development teams during design and playback sessions to refine solutions. Support quality assurance and go-live activities. Use data to identify trends and improve CCAI solutions and customer experience. Participate in monitoring, stabilization, and enhancement efforts for AI products. What you'll bring:
Knowledge of conversational dialog systems, machine learning, and cloud computing. 5+ years of experience in conversational design. Experience designing for Gen AI-powered experiences (prompt engineering/chaining). Hands-on experience with tools like Google Dialogflow, Amazon Lex, Tensorflow, IBM Watson, AWS AI APIs, or Microsoft Bot Framework. Attention to detail and commitment to flawless execution. Understanding of machine learning and NLP fundamentals. Excellent communication, time management, leadership skills, and adaptability. Ability to work independently, be organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented. Bachelor's Degree in HCI, technology, design, or related experience. Desired, not required:
Master’s or PhD in relevant fields. Experience managing conversational AI solutions or chatbots. Experience in design thinking, stakeholder engagement, and facilitating ideation.
