PRICEBOOK COORDINATOR

A Hiring Company The Pricebook Coordinator is responsible for maintaining accurate product, pricing, and vendor information across all store locations using Profit Central by CMI Solutions. This role supports retail execution, margin integrity, and product consistency by ensuring timely updates to the centralized pricebook and coordinating closely with vendors, store teams, and leadership. Key Responsibilities: Set up and maintain all product data in Profit Central, including item descriptions, UPCs, costs, retail prices, departments, and vendor details. Implement new item rollouts, retail price changes, and promotional pricing across all locations. Monitor vendor price changes, deals, and allowances to ensure accurate gross profit and cost updates. Manage promotional pricing timelines, including start/end dates, multi-pack discounts, and temporary price reductions. Ensure synchronization between Profit Central and point-of-sale (POS) systems for accurate scanning and pricing at the register. Troubleshoot and resolve pricing or item issues reported by stores, including scan errors or missing items. Audit item margins and reports regularly to ensure data accuracy and adherence to company pricing strategy. Coordinate with category managers, buyers, store leadership, and vendors to ensure pricebook integrity and communication. Support store resets, conversions, and product updates by preparing and delivering accurate item files and shelf tags. Generate reports and pricing exports to assist in decision-making, inventory control, and financial tracking. Knowledge, Skills and Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred. Experience working with CMI’s Profit Central platform is strongly preferred or retail back-office systems of similar platforms. 1–3 years in a pricebook, inventory, or retail operations role—convenience store or grocery experience a plus. Strong Excel skills and comfort working with data imports/exports. High attention to detail and organizational skills; able to manage frequent updates and deadlines. Strong communication and problem-solving abilities; able to work across departments and with vendors. Knowledge of retail pricing, promotions, and cost structures. Experience with POS systems (e.g., Verifone, Gilbarco, or comparable) is helpful. Working Conditions: Office-based with frequent computer use. May occasionally require travel to store locations or vendor meetings. Regular business hours 8am-5pm with an hour off for lunch. Compensation details:
