Key Responsibilities
Design and oversee the campaign’s voter outreach plan, with clear goals and timelines.
Coordinate with communications and event teams to integrate outreach into broader campaign strategy.
Report regularly to the Campaign Manager on metrics, challenges, and needs.
Qualifications
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Experience in political campaigns, community organizing, or volunteer management (preferred but not required).
Ability to motivate and lead diverse groups of volunteers.
Comfort using or learning voter contact software and spreadsheets.
Alignment with the campaign’s values of equity, inclusion, and integrity.
