Field Marketing Manager

( SoCal ) will lead regional marketing efforts to drive brand awareness, product trial, and consumer engagement across Southern California. This role will represent both Perricone Farms and Natalie’s in the field, acting as the face of the brands to consumers, retail partners, foodservice activations and event stakeholders. The ideal candidate has a strong background in experiential marketing, local brand building, and retail support, along with a deep understanding of the Southern California market.

Responsibilities

Field Execution & Brand Activation

Lead the planning and execution of local field marketing initiatives, including pop-ups, demos, fitness events, festivals, and community activations.

Collaborate closely with the sales team to support in-store promotions and retail samplings at key accounts such as Sprouts, Albertson’s, Kroger, Bristol Farms and other strategic partners.

Cultivate relationships with local influencers, wellness communities, and event organizers to amplify brand presence across the Southern California market.

Brand Representation

Act as the face of Perricone Farms and Natalie’s in the field, embodying the values and voice of both brands.

Ensure all activations and communications reflect consistent brand messaging and visual identity.

Educate consumers, retail staff, and event partners on product benefits, ingredients, and the unique brand stories behind both juice lines.

Market Development

Identify and pursue hyper-local opportunities to increase brand visibility, drive product trial, and engage target audiences.

Stay attuned to local trends, competitor activity, and consumer insights, sharing relevant feedback with internal teams.

Partner with regional sales teams to support distribution expansion and enhance in-store performance.

Team Management & Reporting

Recruit, train, and manage part-time brand ambassadors or event staff as needed to scale activations.

Oversee event performance tracking, including KPIs, recaps, and regular reporting to the marketing team.

Manage local inventory of marketing materials and product samples, while supporting sales and HQ teams with asset deployment and budget management.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

3–5 years of experience in field marketing, brand ambassador programs, or experiential marketing (CPG/beverage experience preferred)

Strong knowledge of Southern California market and lifestyle landscape

Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Willingness to travel frequently within the region and work nights/weekends as needed for events

Passion for wellness, clean-label food/beverages, and community engagement

Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation
