Position Overview
We’re looking for a visually driven, technically skilled Social Media Content Producer who knows how to wield a camera as well as edit a timeline. This role requires an ability to capture and edit high-quality visual content—photography and video—that aligns with a property’s aesthetic, market positioning, and emotional tone. If you can shoot a crisp exterior at golden hour, cut a dynamic reel in Premiere, and make a pool scene feel like an editorial, we want to talk. You’ll collaborate with strategists, designers, and account leads to create on-brand, platform-native content that performs—and looks exceptional doing so.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Shoot and edit original short-form video and photography content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok (as needed), using professional DSLR/mirrorless gear and mobile as appropriate
Participate in on-site shoots, capturing interiors, amenities, lifestyle scenes, event coverage, and neighborhood footage for both still and motion content
Edit content using professional software including Adobe Premiere Pro, Lightroom, and After Effects (or Final Cut Pro), ensuring polished, brand-aligned delivery
Color grade and correct footage to elevate quality and maintain brand consistency
Stay on top of visual trends in real estate, design, architecture, and social platforms to generate ideas that stand out
Collaborate with strategy and brand teams on campaign narratives, visual identities, and content calendars across multiple client accounts
Schedule and publish content using tools like Sprout Social, ensuring consistency across platforms
Track content performance and assist in monthly reporting to inform future creative
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in creative production, social content creation, or digital marketing with a strong emphasis on visual media
Demonstrated ability to shoot and edit original content—please include a portfolio of social-first photography and video work
Solid understanding of social media platforms and content formats, especially Instagram Reels, Stories, LinkedIn carousels, and TikTok
Familiarity with camera equipment, lenses, lighting setups, and audio basics
Strong post-production skills including video editing, sound balancing, and color correction
Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to juggle multiple client calendars
Ability to travel for shoots, primarily within NYC (occasionally beyond)
Preferred Skills
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Lightroom, After Effects, or Final Cut Pro
Experience with studio lighting, gimbal or handheld stabilizers, drone footage, or mobile gimbals
Understanding of paid social formats and performance-based content design
Experience in a client-facing creative role or agency environment
Interest in real estate, interiors, architecture, or lifestyle branding
