A Global Customer Experience Technology Leader About the Role We’re looking for a
creative and detail-oriented Instructional Designer II
to join our client’s Global Customer Support Learning & Development team. In this role, you will design and develop
engaging learning experiences
that drive onboarding, skill development, and performance improvement across global support teams. This is an exciting opportunity to apply your instructional design expertise to create
innovative, digital-first learning solutions
that empower teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Design and develop
eLearning modules, virtual instructor-led training (vILT) ,
microlearning , and
interactive video content . Apply
instructional design methodologies
and
adult learning principles
to create high-impact learning solutions. Partner with
Subject Matter Experts (SMEs)
and stakeholders to gather, validate, and translate complex information into clear and engaging content. Conduct
learning needs analyses
to identify gaps, define objectives, and determine appropriate delivery methods. Build, test, and maintain eLearning courses using
Articulate Storyline
and
Rise 360 . Develop
assessments and quizzes
to measure learner engagement and readiness. Manage learning projects, track deliverables, and maintain updates in
Asana . Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align learning strategies with organizational goals. Stay current on
learning technology trends
and propose innovative design solutions. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in
Instructional Design, Education, or related field . 3+ years of professional experience
as an Instructional Designer or eLearning Developer. Proficiency in
Articulate Storyline, Rise 360 , and
LMS platforms . Experience with
Adobe Creative Suite ,
Google Workspace , and other multimedia tools. Strong understanding of
ADDIE or SAM
models and
adult learning theory . Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong project management and organizational skills, with experience using
Asana or similar tools . A portfolio showcasing your instructional design work is highly preferred. Why Join This Project Fully
