Duties and Responsibilities

Assist with marketing and communications efforts, including graphic design, video development, photography, digital screen management, social media, website support, engagement opportunities, and production of marketing materials (printing, laminating, delivery, installations). Perform routine quality checks on marketing materials and signage across campus locations. Participate in tabling events and activities on campus (e.g., New Student Orientation, meal plan promotion, special events, student employment recruitment). Assist with other projects and tasks as needed. Time Allocation

Knowledge of Auxiliary Services. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and/or Competencies: Basic understanding of marketing and communications trends and skills (social, digital, and print media). Customer service skills. Creative problem solving. Interpersonal and communication skills. Flexible and organized. Desire to learn and work in a team environment. Physical Demands

Driving, lifting, bending, stooping, squatting, reaching, crouching, kneeling; ability to lift at least 25 pounds. Additional Information
