Prepress Manager
to join our Richmond, BC team. This key leadership role requires a blend of technical expertise, team management experience, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. What You'll Do
Manage the prepress team to ensure customer proofs are accurate, timely, and meet high-quality standards. Oversee prepress workflows and ensure production deadlines are consistently met. Review and prepare customer files for digital, offset, foiling, and letterpress printing. Collaborate with production teams to resolve technical issues and maintain production quality. Train and mentor team members, fostering a culture of growth and consistency. Communicate with customers as needed to clarify file specifications or proofing details. Stay updated on industry standards and integrate new prepress and printing technologies. What We're Looking For
Extensive experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat). Strong background in prepress and printing production with a minimum of 5+ years of experience. Comprehensive knowledge of digital, offset, foiling, and letterpress printing techniques. Proven ability to lead and manage teams in a fast-paced production environment. Proficient in Mac and related software. Excellent command of English with strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong typing skills with speed and accuracy. Bonus
Educational background in graphic design or a related field. Experience with high-volume online printing companies. Familiarity with color management and proofing systems. Work Schedule
