Overview
As the Marketing Coordinator at Adeline Clothing, you will be the creative voice behind our brand on social media and digital platforms. You will play a pivotal role in content creation, community engagement, and executing marketing initiatives that drive growth, increase visibility, and build customer loyalty. Key Responsibilities
Social Media Content Creation
Plan, create, and publish daily content (photo, video, Reels, TikToks, graphics, Stories, and captions) across TikTok, TikTok Shop, Instagram, Pinterest, and Meta. Develop creative concepts and campaigns that align with brand aesthetics and seasonal promotions. Stay on top of trends, sounds, and platform updates to keep content fresh and engaging. Manage posting schedules, ensuring consistent and optimized posting frequency across platforms. Digital Marketing Support
Assist with email marketing campaigns, including design, copywriting, and scheduling. Coordinate influencer collaborations, ensuring timely product seeding, content follow-up, and performance tracking. Support paid advertising campaigns by creating and organizing creative assets. Contribute ideas for affiliate marketing programs and track performance. Analytics & Optimization
Monitor engagement metrics (reach, impressions, clicks, conversions) to track the performance of posts and campaigns. Identify best-performing content types and adjust strategy accordingly. Provide regular reports on social media growth and campaign results. Work closely with the creative team on photoshoots, graphics, and brand visuals. Ensure consistent messaging and brand identity across all platforms. Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams to spotlight new arrivals, promotions, and events in marketing content. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Proven experience creating engaging content for TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest, and Meta. Strong skills in short-form video editing, photography, and graphic design (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite preferred). Knowledge of trending sounds, social media algorithms, and digital storytelling. Excellent writing skills for captions, campaign messaging, and email copy. Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment. Familiarity with social media analytics tools and scheduling platforms. Creative thinker with a passion for fashion, style, and visual aesthetics.
