In this important role, you will help ensure that our clients’ social media platforms are welcoming, safe, and aligned with community standards. Your fluency in Polish will be essential for engaging with our user base and managing diverse content effectively.
Your primary responsibilities will include reviewing and moderating user-generated content, responding to user inquiries, and ensuring compliance with our community guidelines. With your sharp attention to detail and critical thinking skills, you will play a key role in preventing inappropriate content and fostering positive interactions among users. Responsibilities
Monitor and moderate user-generated content across various social media channels in Polish Review content submissions to ensure they meet community guidelines and brand values Engage with users through comments and messages, addressing their questions and concerns Identify and escalate any inappropriate behavior or content within the community Work in collaboration with the social media team to encourage positive user engagement Analyze feedback from the community to improve moderation practices and content strategies Stay updated on social media trends and effective moderation techniques Fluency in Polish and English, both written and verbal Understanding of social media platforms and prior experience in content moderation Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively under tight deadlines Able to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment Previous experience in content moderation, community management, or customer service is desirable Genuine enthusiasm for social media and commitment to fostering a positive online community Competitive Monthly Salary Monthly Performance Bonus Fully Paid Relocation Package ( Flight, Transfer and Hotel ) Health Insurance Private Health Insurance 2 Extra Salaries Per Year Support In Finding Accommodation After Hotel And More...
