A leading investment firm with a reputation for excellence and innovation seeks a highly detailed and organized Executive Assistant to support their legal/compliance team out of their Midtown Manhattan office. **Qualified candidates will have 5-10 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant supporting a team in asset management or a top 100 law firm** Key Responsibilities: Administrative Support:
Provide high-level administrative support to the legal team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements. Document Management:
Prepare, review, and manage legal documents and correspondence. Ensure all documents are organized and filed correctly, and assist with document retrieval as needed. Communication:
Act as a liaison between the legal team and internal/external stakeholders. Handle phone calls, emails, and other communications with professionalism and discretion. Meeting Coordination:
Organize and prepare for meetings, including drafting agendas, preparing materials, and taking minutes. Ensure all necessary follow-up actions are completed. Research & Compliance:
Assist with legal research and compliance tasks as needed. Stay informed about relevant legal updates and regulatory changes. Project Management:
Support various projects and initiatives undertaken by the legal team. Track progress and ensure timely completion of tasks and deliverables. Qualifications: 5-10 years of administrative experience in an asset manager or top 100 law firm Exceptional organizational and time-management skills. Strong written and verbal communication abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and legal document management software. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. High attention to detail and accuracy.
