As a Branch Office Administrator (BOA), you will provide administrative support to a financial advisor or a team of advisors and help clients achieve their long-term financial goals. Our BOAs are a valued part of the client support team, and we credit much of our success to their diverse experiences and professional backgrounds. As a Branch Office Administrator, you will be a vital part of the team, providing seamless support to clients. You will play a key role in supporting client accounts, facilitating communication, and ensuring a positive client experience. We’ll give you the support you need. Our team will be there every step of the way, providing: Comprehensive 6-month training including an experienced peer to help mentor you A wide support network that extends from your branch office to your region to the home office You’ll often work independently but will have a team of thousands backing you every step of the way Can you see yourself… Delivering exceptional personalized service to ensure clients feel understood and informed Taking an active role in the annual business planning process to assist in developing strategies for the upcoming year Actively listen for situations in the clients\' lives that may indicate a need for additional services Driving marketing activities such as planning and executing events Responsibilities and Requirements

Provide exceptional service to clients via inbound and outbound calls, email, and in-person interactions. Respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure an exceptional experience. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, referral sources, and internal client support team members. Account Management:
Learn and understand the financial services industry. Includes account opening, handling account transfers and other requests at the direction of the financial advisor. Process account transactions, prepare documentation, and maintain accurate client records. Administrative & Operational Support:
Work independently at the direction of the financial advisor. Handle scheduling, preparing materials for client meetings, managing correspondence and supporting marketing initiatives. Streamline processes by updating SOPs and support the branch business plan. Technology:
Strong computer literacy with willingness to learn new technology and programs such as MoneyGuide, Salesforce, Microsoft Office products and other firm-provided software. Company Description
