Position Summary
We are looking for reliable and customer-focused
Call Center Representatives
to handle incoming and outgoing calls, assist with customer inquiries, and ensure every interaction is positive and professional. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy problem-solving, clear communication, and working in a team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
Answer inbound calls and respond to customer questions or concerns in a professional manner
Make outbound calls for appointment reminders, follow-ups, or client outreach
Provide accurate information about products, services, or accounts
Document all customer interactions in the company’s CRM system
Escalate complex issues to supervisors when necessary
Meet performance targets such as call handling time, customer satisfaction, and accuracy
Support the team by maintaining a positive and professional work ethic
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required
Strong communication and active listening skills
Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle high call volumes
Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new systems quickly
Reliable, punctual, and eager to grow within the company
