Position Overview We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused Call Center Representative to join our growing team in Washington, DC. In this role, you will handle inbound and outbound customer interactions, provide accurate information, and ensure a positive and efficient customer experience. Ideal candidates have strong communication skills and enjoy working in a structured, fast-paced environment.
Schedule Full-time, Monday to Friday
Location Washington, DC
Pay Range $18.50 - $24.00 per hour
Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner.
Assist customers with inquiries, service requests, and general support needs.
Provide accurate information about company services and procedures.
Document call details and update customer records in internal systems.
Resolve basic customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
Maintain call quality standards and follow established scripts and guidelines.
Minimum Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent (required).
Previous call center or customer service experience preferred but not required.
Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple systems.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively in a team environment.
