Recruiting Coordinator

Hybrid - 3 Days In Office | Hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM PST
Pay Range:
$25-$28/hr

Ultimate Staffing is proud to partner with an industry-leading talent agency to offer an exciting opportunity for a Recruiting Coordinator. This role is perfect for someone passionate about talent acquisition and looking to grow within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Manage high-volume candidate tracking and applicant flow
Coordinate interviews (phone & in-person) and conduct initial screening calls
Perform reference checks and assist with job postings
Support new hire processing via Workday
Provide candidate support throughout recruiting and onboarding
Maintain communication between hiring managers and candidates
Source passive candidates and build talent pipelines
Collaborate with Recruiters on strategy and hiring goals
Assist with recruiting initiatives and ad hoc projects
Create presentations using Excel and PowerPoint
Qualifications
Prior experience in recruiting coordination or talent acquisition support
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Workday
Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
Professional demeanor and dependable follow-through
