Long-Term Temp Opportunity with Potential for Hire

Position: Recruiting Coordinator

Location: New York, NY

Schedule: Hybrid - 3 Days In Office | Hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM PST

Pay Range: $25-$28/hr

Employment Type: Temporary (3-6 Months) | Possibility of Conversion

Ultimate Staffing is proud to partner with an industry-leading talent agency to offer an exciting opportunity for a Recruiting Coordinator. This role is perfect for someone passionate about talent acquisition and looking to grow within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage high-volume candidate tracking and applicant flow
  • Coordinate interviews (phone & in-person) and conduct initial screening calls
  • Perform reference checks and assist with job postings
  • Support new hire processing via Workday
  • Provide candidate support throughout recruiting and onboarding
  • Maintain communication between hiring managers and candidates
  • Source passive candidates and build talent pipelines
  • Collaborate with Recruiters on strategy and hiring goals
  • Assist with recruiting initiatives and ad hoc projects
  • Create presentations using Excel and PowerPoint

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in recruiting coordination or talent acquisition support
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Workday
  • Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Professional demeanor and dependable follow-through
