The Company designs, develops, constructs, and operates biogas powered renewable energy generation systems on dairy farms. Our projects include anaerobic digesters, biogas-powered electric generation, and renewable natural gas upgrading. Position Description

The Executive Projects Assistant will provide administrative and project support to the Executive Projects Team. This role is key to supporting day-to-day responsibilities related to special projects, property improvements, spreadsheet and inventory management, and general coordination across departments. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, adaptable, and able to manage multiple tasks with minimal oversight. This position works closely with the Executive Projects Team and other members of the Executive Staff to ensure smooth progress on ongoing initiatives, timely follow-up on action items, and effective communication across all stakeholders. Responsibilities

Manage email communication and inbox upkeep Coordinate communication between departments and team members Maintain and update spreadsheets, including inventory and project tracking Assist with research, documentation, and preparation for special projects Assist with project execution and timelines for property improvements, office setups, and company apartment setups. Assist in planning and setting up internal meetings or events Run errands as needed for project-related support Provide general administrative support and task coordination for the Executive Projects Team and Executive Staff Help with document organization and filing Prepare reports and summaries as needed for ongoing initiatives Qualifications & Skills

Two years of administrative, operational, or financial experience preferred Proficient in Microsoft Excel Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational and time management abilities Self-starter with a positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills Able to take direction and work independently when needed Capable of handling confidential information with discretion Other Duties

Work Environment: This job mainly operates in a professional office environment.
