Client is seeking a bilingual (Korean/English) Executive Administrative Associate to support and provide personal assistance to senior management. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, discretion with sensitive materials, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Organize and prioritize multiple assignments with minimal supervision Maintain office environment and liaise with general affairs for facility needs Handle confidential and sensitive materials with discretion Coordinate domestic and international travel, accommodations, and VIP arrangements Schedule meetings and manage executive calendars Prepare executive-level reports and presentations Manage conference room bookings and equipment Draft internal communications, memos, contracts, and expense reports Support executive-level documentation standards and template creation Participate in projects and committees as needed
Education & Experience Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree 3–5 years of experience in a corporate environment supporting executives, staff, front desk, or office
Must-Have Skills
Bilingual fluency in Korean and English (spoken and written in professional settings) Strong interpersonal and communication skills Experience preparing executive presentations using MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Ability to interpret and prepare executive materials in both languages Flexibility to handle ad hoc tasks and shifting priorities
