ProSidian Seeks a Project Oversight Specialist [DOE0117116] for Program Support on an Exempt W2: No Overtime Pay Basis Contract Contingent generally located across the CONUS - Richland, Washington. Across The Pacific Northwest Region supporting DOE EM Hanford, a Federal, regulated, high-stakes nuclear cleanup environment requiring multidisciplinary contractor support, compliance oversight, and mission assurance. We seek Project Oversight Specialist candidates with relevant Environmental Management Sector Experience to support professional services engagements for Environmental Management Sector Clients such as DOE. This engagement is for Contract Contingent or Contract W-2 (IRS-1099) Oversight and General Support Services under Job Task Category 06 Assistant Manager for Tank Waste and Waste Treatment (AMTWO/AMWTP) Functional Area / Swim Lane / Category Discipline Professional - General Support Services (GSS) For Hanford Field Office (HFO). ProSidian reserves the right to convert to a Full-Time ProSidian employed W-2 Position. Responsibilities

Provide services and support as a Project Oversight Specialist for General Support Services (GSS) for the Hanford Field Office (HFO) within the Environmental Management Industry Sector, focusing on Environmental Services Solutions for DOE-EM/HFO and DOE-EM Consolidated Business Center (EMCBC). Conduct operations surveillances, review logs, coordinate readiness reviews, and escalate safety concerns. Support Program Office #06, Assistant Manager for Tank Waste and Waste Treatment (AMTWO/AMWTP) including technical, project controls, and business support functions. Focus on technical document management, project management support, contractor performance evaluation, and coordination of reports to ensure compliance and informed decision-making. Review and prepare essential project documentation, support project management processes, evaluate contractor performance, and facilitate collaboration across teams to achieve organizational objectives. Initial work location near Richland, WA with onsite presence at Hanford Site; travel as required in coordination with the CO and per Federal Travel Regulations. Qualifications

Desired Qualifications: Project Oversight Specialist [DOE0117116] candidates with 7–10+ years of DOE operations oversight; nuclear/industrial facilities experience preferred. Education/Experience: BS Engineering/Science or equivalent; 7–10+ years DOE operations oversight; nuclear/industrial facilities experience preferred. Skills: Program and project management support in daily activities, oversight and general support services for AMTWO/AMWTP, and related functional activities; operations oversight, procedure review, and reporting. Competencies:

Judgment , independence, field presence. Ancillary details: document and track DOE oversight findings; project oversight leadership; travel and security requirements as described; place of performance at Hanford Field Office and surrounding sites in Richland, WA; government-furnished resources and on-site performance emphasis.
