About the Role

Senior

Manager of Retention Marketing who will oversee and enhance customer retention and engagement across Bullion International Group’s portfolio of brands. This role serves as the primary product owner of our loyalty program,

“The Bullion Club” , and will contribute to the growth of the program and our branded credit card,

“The Bullion Card” . Key Responsibilities

Multi-Channel Loyalty Marketing Execution: design and execute loyalty campaigns across email, SMS, mobile app, direct mail, phone, and The Bullion Card with personalized customer experiences. Use customer data and segmentation to develop tailored lifecycle marketing strategies that drive repeat purchases. Leverage A/B testing and customer insights to optimize engagement strategies, loyalty promotions, and rewards redemption. Collaborate with creative, content, performance marketing, and e-commerce teams to ensure brand consistency across touchpoints. Customer Health & Performance Optimization: monitor retention KPIs (OPU, RPU, LTV), identify churn trends, and develop proactive retention strategies. Provide data-driven insights to leadership to enhance loyalty and engagement; measure ROI with business intelligence partners. Collaborate with BI, marketing, sales, and customer service to optimize budgets and performance. Loyalty Program Management ("The Bullion Club"): own strategy, execution, and optimization; develop tiered rewards and exclusive benefits; ensure cross-channel integration; analyze performance and ROI; test new enrollment and engagement strategies. Branded Credit Card Marketing ("The Bullion Card"): lead campaigns to acquire and engage cardholders; drive spend and retention; analyze behavior to inform incentives; integrate with The Bullion Club. Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration: manage and mentor the team; partner with internal and external teams to enhance the loyalty ecosystem. Qualifications

5+ years in loyalty, CRM, lifecycle, or retention marketing, ideally in eCommerce or fintech. Proven success in growing customer loyalty programs with tiered rewards and engagement tactics. Experience with branded card programs is a plus. Strong analytical skills with data analysis, segmentation, and performance tracking (Excel, SQL, GA, Looker, or similar). Experience managing multi-channel campaigns across email, SMS, app, direct mail, and phone. Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools (Salesforce, Braze, Klaviyo, Iterable, or similar). Strong project management and organizational skills; ability to balance strategy and execution in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication with a track record of cross-team collaboration and leadership. Benefits
