Department of Transportation — Executive Assistant (JC-494772) Salary: $4,733.00 - $5,923.00 per Month Location: Sacramento County, California. Work Location: Sacramento; Telework: Hybrid (discretion of the Department). Final Filing Date: 10/20/2025 Position serves under the direction of the Chief, Division of Transportation Planning (DOTP) and provides staff and administrative assistance and secretarial support. Responsibilities include researching information, gathering and reviewing materials, drafting correspondence, and scheduling meetings and travel. General direction is provided to the division’s clerical support to ensure correspondence meets Caltrans standards, procedures, and deadlines. PARF# 74-6-044 / JC- 494772 Eligibility for hire may be determined by your score on the Executive Assistant exam. Minimum Requirements: See the Class Specification (Executive Assistant). Special Requirements: Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) required.
