Our client is an exciting high-growth AI SaaS company that recently raised a significant Series E round and is scaling rapidly. Reporting to the Lead Designer, they’re now looking for a Product Designer to help shape intuitive, scalable digital experiences at the intersection of product and brand in this full-time onsite role at their NYC HQ. It’s a unique chance to join at a pivotal stage - where your work will have visible impact and lasting influence on both the product and the company’s trajectory. About the Role You’ll design product interfaces, onboarding flows, and client-facing surfaces that elevate the overall user experience. The role is highly collaborative and iterative, working closely with product, engineering, and client teams to move from brief to MVP quickly, launch fast, and refine continuously. You’ll also contribute to evolving design systems and introduce frameworks that improve quality and speed across teams. Responsibilities Design and refine user-centered UI aligned with the design system Translate product requirements and feedback into clear, actionable design solutions Build Figma prototypes and interactive flows for testing and iteration Work independently from concept to completion while collaborating across teams Evolve design systems and introduce processes that improve execution What We’re Looking For 3+ years in digital, product, or experience design with a strong portfolio Proficiency in Figma, including components, prototyping, and library management Ability to manage multiple projects independently and communicate effectively Strong visual design judgment with attention to detail Why Join This is a rare chance to join a well-funded startup at a pivotal growth stage - where your work will directly shape products that impact millions of users.
