Overview
Social Media Specialist at All God's Children International (AGCI). Leads the creation, strategy, and day-to-day management of AGCI’s social media presence across key platforms. Manages core accounts, including AGCI and the Trauma Disrupter Coalition (TDC), ensuring alignment with brand voice and mission. Works closely with the Brand Ambassador, Marketing Department, and cross-functional teams to share impactful stories and maintain up-to-date marketing materials. Strong writing skills, creativity, and attention to detail are essential. Deliverables should be completed on time, within scope, and following internal processes and brand standards. Essential Duties And Responsibilities
SOCIAL MEDIA STRATEGY
Lead social media strategy for AGCI, TDC, and other supporting accounts, ensuring alignment with AGCI’s strategic goals. Develop messaging that reflects AGCI’s Christ-centered identity, incorporating themes of family, healing, redemption, justice, and calling. Ensure all stories and campaigns align with AGCI’s content calendar and overarching communication goals. Monitor trends across social platforms and within the nonprofit space to inform social strategy. Use insights to refine strategies, apply creative thinking to test ideas, optimize performance, and keep content engaging across platforms. CONTENT CREATION AND COPYWRITING
Create engaging, high-quality content tailored to each platform (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.). Capture, edit, and publish original Reels and short-form video content. Repurpose existing footage and edit long-form videos into engaging short-form content, including Reels. Assemble raw footage into compelling visual stories and ensure content adheres to AGCI’s brand guidelines and voice. Edit and proofread all content for clarity, consistency, and alignment with AGCI’s voice. Collaborate with the creative team and external contractors to produce ad copy, visuals, and video assets. Stay up to date with platform algorithm changes and industry best practices. COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT AND MONITORING
Manage day-to-day social media activities, including content scheduling, uploading stories, and follower engagement. Respond promptly to comments and direct messages across platforms. Monitor industry trends and peer organizations to keep AGCI’s strategy current. Conduct monthly post-analysis to track performance and refine strategies. INFLUENCER AND BRAND AMBASSADOR COORDINATION
Develop and manage strategies to engage brand ambassadors and influencers aligned with AGCI’s mission and voice. Coordinate communication and collaboration with influencers to support campaigns. Identify new influencers and content creators to expand AGCI’s reach. Track influencer campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly. Provide administrative support and content coordination for AGCI’s artist program. CROSS-FUNCTIONAL COLLABORATION & PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Partner with other departments to support and execute marketing needs. Attend and coordinate status meetings, maintaining task lists and timelines. Use project management and social media management platforms (e.g., Asana, Later) to facilitate workflow. Collaborate with the digital advertising team to review performance insights and ensure data-driven content creation. Support basic marketing operations, including organizing photo assets, tagging, and archiving. Be proactive in task execution to support team goals. PERFORMANCE REPORTING
Aim for KPIs such as follower growth, increased engagement, and content shares. Track and report on monthly metrics to inform strategy. Assist with execution and reporting of cross-channel media plans. Ensure content and campaigns reflect AGCI’s priorities and values. REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's degree required (Marketing, English, or Communications preferred) from a four-year college or university and 3+ years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Preferably, working experience in social media and copywriting. Working Skills

Must possess a valid driver’s license and the ability to travel domestically and internationally. This position may require travel and flexible work arrangements. Remote work is eligible per AGCI policy. All team members are required to agree to and abide by AGCI’s Statement of Faith. Compensation
$55,000 - $65,000/year depending on experience. Benefits
