Creative Support Specialist - Web/Design (Orthodontic & Dental Marketing Agency)

Overview
As a Creative Support Specialist on Web Operations, you\'ll turn partner requests into polished web pages and creative assets—from brief to launch. You\'ll design in Figma/Adobe/Canva, implement in WordPress/Elementor, build forms and integrations in GoHighLevel, and keep projects moving in ClickUp. You\'ll troubleshoot with HTML/CSS, collaborate with senior team members, and communicate proactively to keep partners supported and delighted. Responsibilities
Web & Graphic Production: Transform partner requests into pixel-perfect web updates, landing pages, and design assets that align with brand guidelines and drive measurable results. WordPress Implementation: Build and style pages/components in WordPress/Elementor; ensure responsive, accessible, and cross-browser quality from draft to launch. Creative Asset Creation: Produce on-brand graphics, logos, collateral, and light multimedia using Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Canva. CRM & Integrations: Configure and style forms, automations, and integrations in GoHighLevel; test end-to-end data capture and routing for reliability. Task & Workflow Management: Manage requests in ClickUp—open/close tasks, update statuses and custom fields, attach requirements—keeping projects organized and on track. Technical Troubleshooting: Diagnose front-end issues, apply HTML/CSS fixes, and escalate complex items with clear reproduction steps and context. Partner Communication: Provide proactive updates, timelines, and deliverables; maintain a professional, service-first mindset that keeps partners supported and satisfied. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Senior Web Designer and Senior Web Developer on site builds, Figma layouts, QA, and documentation to keep work moving efficiently. Quality Assurance & Documentation: Execute QA checklists, validate links/forms/flows, capture UAT feedback, and document changes for clean handoffs. Asset & File Management: Maintain organized, versioned web/design files, as well as creative assets, in Google Drive for fast and reliable team access. Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks and recommend SOP improvements, templates, and reusable components to streamline delivery and raise quality. Requirements
Experience: 3–5 years in digital marketing (medical, dental, or orthodontic sector preferred). Web & Design Background: 3–5 years in web design/development, landing pages, and graphic design with a strong portfolio. Platforms & Tools: Proficiency in Figma, WordPress, Elementor, Beaver Builder, Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite. CRM & Automations: Familiarity with GoHighLevel (preferred), ClickFunnels, or similar CRM tools. Front-End Skills: Working knowledge of HTML/CSS (preferred). Marketing Knowledge: Understanding of SEO/SEM and content best practices (preferred). Creative & Media: Strong graphic design and typography skills; experience with video editing and multimedia. Organization: Exceptional time management, organization, and attention to detail. Work Environment: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative agency setting. Communication: Excellent communication skills with a partner-first mindset. Independence: Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment—resourceful in finding answers, resolving issues, and driving solutions without constant direction.
