Establish and maintain customer relationships, following up as needed. Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claims, and billing. Promote successful and long-lasting customer relations. Qualifications
Experience in sales (outside sales, inside sales, retail sales, telemarketing) preferred. Experience managing client relationships is preferred. Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs. Excellent communication skills—written, verbal, and listening. Dedicated to customer service. Able to anticipate customer needs and relate effectively to customers. Compensation: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year Benefits
