Monitor , you will supervise students 24 hours a day, ensuring their safety and well-being. Location:

Non-Exempt (Hourly) What You Will Do:

Supervise students during daytime and evening hours, reporting any signs of substance abuse or overdoses. Oversee students’ daily activities and cover supervisory responsibilities in the absence of other staff. Conduct and document regular bed checks; communicate with other monitors regarding activities or disturbances. Serve as a positive role model and advisor; intervene in altercations or incidents. Conduct emergency evacuation procedures. Maintain facility grounds and equipment, ensuring cleanliness and proper functioning. Report critical incidents and upload relevant documentation. Participate in community activities related to the role and attend additional training as needed. Administer First Aid and CPR during emergencies, following state and federal regulations. Perform additional duties as assigned. What You Will Bring:

High School Diploma or equivalent. At least 21 years of age. First Aid and CPR certification. Knowledge of ethnic and cultural differences within criminal justice populations. Understanding of incarceration's causes, symptoms, and effects. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organizational skills. What We Offer:
