We’re Hiring: Social Media & Digital Marketing Specialist Grote Automotive (4 dealership locations) is looking for a social media pro who knows how to run paid ads AND create daily organic content (reels, stories, posts) that drives real results. This isn’t a “learn as you go” role — we need someone with proven experience who can bring fresh ideas, strategy, and execution right away. About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Social Media & Digital Marketing Specialist who already knows how to run paid advertising and manage daily organic content across multiple platforms. This role is hands-on, creative, and results-driven—you won’t be “figuring it out” here; we’re looking for someone who can bring proven expertise and immediately elevate our presence. Responsibilities

Paid Advertising: Create, manage, and optimize paid ads across Facebook, Instagram, Google, and other platforms to drive measurable results (website traffic, leads, and in-store visits). Organic Content & Daily Posting: Develop and post engaging daily content (photos, reels, short-form videos, stories, etc.) for all 4 dealership locations. Growth & Engagement: Increase website traffic, social engagement, and local awareness. Hybrid Work: Work remotely to create and manage campaigns and spend time in-house capturing content, coordinating with staff, and staying connected to the dealerships. Qualifications

Strong portfolio of past campaigns (organic + paid). Experience in ad management, analytics, and content creation. Self-starter — no hand-holding required. Creative + sales-driven mindset. Proven experience managing social media for businesses (portfolio required). Strong knowledge of paid advertising strategies (Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads). Ability to independently design, create, and execute content. Skilled in short-form video creation (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts). Familiar with analytics tools and able to report on success. Creative mindset with a sales-driven focus. Success Metrics
