Location: USA TJ Maxx Store 0779 Saint Davids, PA
Starting pay: $13.00 – $13.50 per hour (dependent on factors such as skills, qualifications, and experience).

Responsibilities
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all customers and upholding customer experience principles.
Maintain a clean and organized store environment; adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards.
Cross-train to work in multiple areas of the store to support business needs.
Role model established customer experience practices with internal and external customers.
Promote credit and loyalty programs; participate in store recovery and maintenance of the sales floor.
Process merchandise for the sales floor following company procedures; participate in safety and loss prevention initiatives.
Support and participate in store shrink reduction goals and programs; maintain safety awareness.
Adhere to labor laws, policies, and procedures; perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Excellent customer service skills.
Flexible schedule to support business needs.
Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes; capable of lifting heavy objects with/without accommodation.
Works effectively with peers and supervisors; prior retail customer experience is preferred.
