Overview
The Marketing Operations Specialist for Physician Initiatives plays a key role in supporting programs that elevate physician leaders, educate patients, amplify thought leadership, and drive engagement across professional audiences. This focuses on the development of patient education, support the execution and marketing of continuing education programs, the management of B2B social media, and assist in the marketing of physician-facing events and conferences. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and experienced working closely with busy physician leaders. Responsibilities
Continuing Education Program Support & Promotion Assist in planning and promoting CME/CE programs for physicians Manage execution of CME powerpoints and resource guides Develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive awareness and attendance from internal and external physicians Grow, track and report on attendance Patient Education Program Support Directly support our physicians in developing and executing high-quality and engaging disease-state and treatment education content that can be delivered electronically via treatment room digital electronic boards, printed by practice leaders, and/or emailed to patient inboxes Manage 3rd party digital electronic board vendor to ensure proper execution of patient-facing materials at the clinic level B2B Social Media Management Manage and grow the organization’s physician-facing presence on LinkedIn and other social media platforms Develop and schedule engaging content that amplifies physician thought leadership and organizational initiatives Track, analyze, and report on impact and performance Thought Leadership Amplification Develop and drive initiatives that position physician leaders as national experts in dermatology and promote Forefront Dermatology’s key points of differentiation, including culture, training and development, and administrative support. Collaborate with physician leaders to create, edit, and promote blogs, articles, videos, and presentations, as needed Conference & Event Marketing Coordinate marketing for physician conferences, symposia, and events, including pre-event promotion, onsite support, and post-event follow-up. Turn physician-created medical content into visually compelling powerpoint presentations. Partner with internal teams to ensure event logistics and branding are seamlessly executed. Marketing Operations Support Develop PowerPoint presentations and other collateral for physician initiatives. Provide administrative and operational support to ensure projects are delivered on time and with excellence Perform other duties assigned Qualifications
8+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or event management (healthcare or B2B marketing experience preferred). Hands-on experience managing B2B social media channels, particularly LinkedIn and Facebook. Outstanding organizational, project management, and administrative skills. Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to adapt tone for professional physician audiences. Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office tools. Experience working directly with physician leaders, executives, or similarly high-demand professionals. Canva design skills for creating social graphics and marketing assets (preferred). Basic video editing capabilities (preferred). Familiarity with healthcare marketing, continuing medical education (CME), or physician engagement strategies (preferred). Required Education:
Bachelor\'s Degree For this position, the base pay range is $80,000-$95,000 per year. Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education, certifications or training. Seniority level
