Base pay range

$125,000.00/yr - $180,000.00/yr Our client is a global alternative investment firm with nearly 30 years in the industry and offices worldwide. A true behemoth in private equity, they have invested in and managed over 400 companies globally with an impressive portfolio. The team is collaborative, fun, and supportive - yet very driven and high-performing. They are now looking for a detailed and high performing Presentation Designer role to join their team in the firm's Capital Formation team (50+ people globally, primarily in New York), reporting directly to a senior leader. The focus: bring creativity, structure, and polish to how the firm narrates its story to investors. You will take complex private equity and financial concepts and turn them into compelling visual presentations, polished marketing materials, and campaigns that reflect the firm's brand and investor-first focus. You will also help standardize materials across multiple funds currently being raised - each with its own narrative and nuance - while ensuring sophistication, consistency, and clarity. This is a hands-on, highly visible role with plenty of creative freedom to "own the visuals and the story" in partnership with Investor Relations and fundraising. Key Responsibilities

Create pitch decks, investor presentations, and marketing collateral that simplify complex private equity concepts into clear, persuasive narratives. Design and execute email marketing campaigns (updates, newsletters, invites) blending words + visuals to drive engagement. Partner with IR, deal, and marketing teams to craft materials for fundraising, portfolio updates, and high-level investor meetings. Standardize and elevate materials across multiple ongoing private equity funds. Develop templates and visual guidelines to maintain brand consistency globally. Manage multiple projects under tight deadlines, adapting quickly to changes. What We’re Looking For

5+ years in presentation design, investor communications, or creative strategy, ideally within private equity, finance, or professional services (consulting, IB, asset management, etc.). Advanced PowerPoint required; Adobe Creative Suite a plus. Ability to translate financial language into clear, compelling visual stories. Understanding of fundraising basics and private equity concepts - they can't spend months teaching market language. Polished, consultative, and comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and institutional investors. Hustle and maturity - while some periods will be slower, there will also be occasional late nights and weekends as needed to hit deadlines. Location
