Pregnancy Care Center of Grants Pass provides medical services, education, and resources that give value to human life, while offering hope and restoration. Established in 1988, PCC operates as a trusted, community funded, faith-based, non-profit, accredited medical clinic in southern Oregon. Services are provided free of charge to all, regardless of age, gender, marital status, race, sexual orientation, disability, or religious belief. Objectives of the position

Be a committed Christian who demonstrates a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. Exhibit strong commitment and dedication to the pro-life position and sexual purity. Agree with and be willing to uphold the Statement of Faith, Core Values, and policies of the center. Have an associate degree or higher, preferably in a relevant field, or equivalent combination of education and experience, including as this relates to parenting. Exhibit skill in interpersonal communication, writing, and problem solving. Be able to provide spiritual leadership, discipleship, and support to the Pathways volunteers. Be able to carry out responsibilities with little or no supervision. Responsibilities

Program Development: Create, update, and present lessons, activities, and plans (non-medical topics). Assist in analyzing program for effectiveness, providing budgetary information to maintain program sustainability. Research new/potential supplies, videos and materials for programs. Maintain and have working knowledge of all resources and tools used in program. Identify new tools, resources, and opportunities that will assist clients, obtaining proper approval prior to use. Client Services: Maintain contact with any outside presenters for group classes or workshops. Maintain monthly statistics of client visits and group classes. Coordinate (and facilitate as needed) group classes, workshops, outings, and social gatherings for Pathways. Maintain a handbook for the Pathways program. Create and oversee development of peer mentoring program for clients, if applicable. Oversee peer mentors with the help of the Program Director, if applicable. Community Outreach/Marketing: Work with Program Director and Development Director to promote program to the community. Recruit, connect with, and maintain relationships with local professionals to present class lessons (especially medical topics). Administrative: Present annual program budget and be accountable for spending within program. Oversee specific training for Pathways volunteers. Attend regular and special staff meetings, read meeting minutes if unable to attend. Practice OSHA safety standards and attend departmental safety meetings. Update Program Director on all activities as needed and for direction. Reports to: Program Director. Supervises: Pathways volunteers.
