Job Summary As Kiva's Territory Manager, you will increase assortment and close new qualified customers primarily in Metro Detroit - North and the Bay area. You should be knowledgeable about the product lines and committed to honesty, integrity, and professionalism while delivering outstanding customer service. Must reside in Lansing, Northern Detroit or the Bay region. Responsibilities Grow Kiva’s portfolio assortment and revenue within the defined territory Meet individual goals and collaborate on chain accounts with other Account Executives, Field Sales Representatives, and Senior Sales Manager to meet team goals Travel to dispensaries to present product portfolio to managers and buyers Assess customer needs, answer questions, and assist with ordering process Generate and develop pipeline, follow up as vital Process paperwork to establish accounts Provide sales reports to management Lead revenue and distribution targets and report on growth opportunities within the portfolio Extensive travel and driving are essential duties What We Are Looking For Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or equivalent experience Minimum of 3 years sales experience in CPG, spirits/wine/beer and/or cannabis highly preferred Demonstrated dedication to excellence, competitive drive, and excellent customer relations skills Proficient in Google Suite and Microsoft Office Ability to pass Motor Vehicle Report requirements Experience handling high-volume sales and managing a territory of 50-200 accounts with leading industry brands Excellent communication, interpersonal, written, and verbal skills Passion for the cannabis industry Experience with well-recognized, premium brand companies Salary $65,500 - $80,000 per year, plus quarterly bonus. Salary decisions consider factors such as internal pay parity, relevant experience/skills, geographic location, and other lawful considerations.
