Job Summary The KSS Inventory Manager will oversee inventory, receiving, and storage functionality of the warehouse. You will oversee, evaluate, and train your staff. You will be responsible for and maintain company assets. Have the ability to build alliances and partnerships with cross-functional departments. This person needs to have a can-do attitude and adapt to the ever-changing dynamics of the cannabis industry. As KSS Inventory Control Manager, you will... Oversee receiving, warehouse operation & distribution. Implement operational policies & procedures. Ensure effective and safe use of warehouse equipment. Ensure safety of staff. Motivate and hold accountability of staff. Maintain documentation and keep accurate records of warehouse activities. Conduct inventory auditing and cycle counting. Work with cross-functional departments. What we're looking for... 3+ years of inventory management/product movement management experience. Excellent understanding of warehouse operations. Proficient knowledge of inventory and inventory controls. Ability to operate a forklift. Proficient computer skills; outstanding communication skills both verbal and written. Strong people skills! Salary: $73,000 - $88,000 a year.
