Outbound Marketing Manager
to take our established outbound channel to the next level. You’ll own strategy, execution, and ongoing improvements—working autonomously, with clear goals and plenty of room for experimentation. Our focus is sharp:
Elearning/EdTech
and
Digital Media . We know these markets well, already see strong conversions, and back everything with a thoughtful GTM strategy. No spam, no mass blasts—just targeted, value-driven outreach. You’ll join a unified
Revenue Growth Organization
where marketing, sales, and partnerships operate as one team. We move fast, make team-level decisions, and experiment constantly with new tools, AI, and even proof-of-concept products built by our in-house R&D team. This role is ideal for someone who doesn’t just run campaigns but builds a scalable, effective outbound engine. Own outbound like a product.
From idea to reply to booked call—you’ll shape what we say, who we say it to, and how it evolves over time. Be a part of outbound squad.
You’ll collaborate with another outbound marketing manager and the CMO, testing hypotheses based on a strong go-to-market strategy. Teamwork and idea sharing to achieve maximum results. Be the hypothesis machine.
Analyze client interviews, conference insights, market reports, dig into case studies, and extract insights that become campaign angles. Messaging that earns attention, not just opens. Design and deploy outreach campaigns.
Develop and fine-tune messaging with targeted angles and ICP alignment. Experiment. Analyze. Optimize. Build and improve contact lists.
Use tools like Apollo, Clay, and Sales Navigator to create and verify lists. (We’re also looking into how AI can make this easier— you’ll help us figure that out.) Amplify through social selling.
Work closely with our technical experts and marketing team to align outbound messaging with our growing LinkedIn presence. Strong social content directly enhances campaign effectiveness. Enjoy high autonomy.
You’ll have the freedom to drive outbound initiatives and directly shape our company’s growth. What We Expect
Proven track record.
3+ years in outbound, sales strategy, or growth roles where you’ve driven measurable results. Messaging meets analytics.
You can craft a cold email that earns replies—and back it up with smart segmentation and ICP tiering. Hands-on with the stack.
Confident using Apollo, Clay, Sales Navigator, and other modern prospecting tools. Self-starter mindset.
You bring curiosity, initiative, and ideas—always testing the next angle without waiting for permission. Tech + AI fluency.
Comfortable working with prompts, automation, and AI tools to streamline and scale. Bonus points.
Experience building outbound engines around hypothesis-driven messaging. What You Will Get
