Haus Analytics, Inc.
About Haus
Haus is a marketing science platform that helps brands measure and maximize the business impact of their marketing spend with scientific precision. Over $360B spent annually on paid advertising in the US alone, and the famous quote “half the money I spend on advertising is wasted; the trouble is I don't know which half” still rings true. Haus helps marketers identify which half, and re-allocate it to maximize growth.
Haus is on a hypergrowth trajectory, well-capitalized, and backed by top-tier VCs including Insight Partners, Baseline Ventures, Haystack, and others. Our platform was built by a team of former product managers, economists, and engineers from Google, Netflix, Meta, and others to make high-quality decision science accessible to businesses of all sizes. By automating the heavy lifting of experiment design, data processing, and insights generation, we empower our customers to make more profitable, data-driven decisions. We hear our customers frequently rave about our product, for example "we've seen north of 10x ROI on our annual investment in Haus in the first 2 months alone.”
The Role
We’re looking for an entrepreneurial, operationally-minded

to start and scale our sales development function. You’ll work closely with Sales, RevOps, and Partnerships to define what business development looks like at Haus—from strategy and tooling to day-to-day execution—with a primary focus on
generating pipeline at scale . This is a builder role for someone who loves standing up new functions, testing hypotheses quickly, and making things work with limited structure. What You'll Do Build the sales development motion at Haus: playbooks, tooling, KPIs, and ownership, with a goal of defining and proving a scalable model.
Work cross-functionally with Sales, RevOps, and Marketing to align on ICP, TAM, and inbound and outbound sales strategies
Design and execute outbound campaigns informed by product usage data, partner activity, and market signals
Stand up reporting infrastructure to track performance and iterate quickly
Collaborate closely with GTM leadership to report on and optimize conversion from lead → meeting → opportunity
Explore and scale high-leverage programs like channel partnerships, ecosystem referrals, and co-marketing
Own the numbers: pipeline sourced, outbound velocity, and conversion rates
What We're Looking For 6–10+ years of experience in sales development, partnerships, or GTM ops
2+ years in a leadership / people management role
Hands-on experience leveraging GTM AI tools and workflows (e.g., Clay)
Deep understanding of how pipeline gets built at high-growth SaaS companies
Operational mindset: systems thinker, KPI-driven, highly structured
Proven ability to build and scale a function from zero to one
Strong communicator who can rally stakeholders across sales, product, and marketing
Experience in or around the eComm/retail space is a big plus
What We Offer: Competitive Compensation: Competitive salary and startup equity
Comprehensive Benefits: Top-of-the-line health, dental, and vision insurance
Retirement Plan: 401(k) plan to help you save for the future
Tools and Resources: We'll provide you with the tools and resources you need to be productive (new laptop, equipment, you name it)
Impactful Work: Small team with a big impact on the overall company success.
Professional Growth: Opportunities for professional development and career advancement in a rapidly scaling startup
Collaborative Culture: Work alongside a talented team from leading tech companies in a supportive and inclusive environment
