As a part-time Brand Ambassador, you bring our brand to life every day. Your goal is to provide everyone who comes in the store with an amazing shopping experience, making their day better than before they came in. You are the face of our company and you are proud of it. You love the products and are passionate about building brand loyalty with every guest. You represent our company values and bring your REAL self to work every day. Responsibilities
Engage with every guest using the AEO Selling Model to help them find exactly what they’re looking for, with a friends-first mindset. Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and make product recommendations to fit their needs. Promote the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests. Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed. Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy. Collaborate with the team to achieve store goals. Uphold integrity by following AEO policies and procedures. What Makes You Great For This Role
You love interacting with people and are full of energy. You can handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. You are available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
