Overview

The Marketing Manager in the Nashville area will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that generate

high-quality leads , increase community traffic, support sales goals, and advance Beazer Homes’ brand in the Nashville and surrounding markets. This role combines strategic planning, hands-on campaign execution, team coordination, and local market insight. Key Responsibilities

Analyze buyer demographics, lead sources, walk-in traffic, and market trends in Nashville/Middle Tennessee to identify target segments and optimize outreach. Provide market insights, including assisting with land acquisition decisions and competitive community analyses. Partner with sales leadership to develop incentives, special offers, and promotions tailored to the local market. Develop and execute marketing plans for each community under your purview (open houses, model home visits, realtors outreach, etc.). Oversee production of marketing assets: email campaigns, direct mail, digital ads, social media, signage, collateral, and community-facing materials; ensure all materials meet brand guidelines. Manage the local marketing budget: track expenses, invoices, forecast updates, ROI, etc. Lead/manage staff (for example, New Home Information Managers, online lead engagement) and possibly outside vendors/partners. Coordinate with corporate, regional, and community teams to ensure consistency of brand, messaging, and reporting. Attend / support events, open houses, community activities; occasional evening or weekend work may be required. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. Typically

3+ years

of marketing experience; experience in real estate / home-building / new home sales preferred. Strong analytical skills: ability to use data to assess campaign effectiveness and optimize accordingly. Excellent written & oral communication; ability to collaborate with sales and operations teams. Project management skills: able to manage multiple campaigns, deadlines, and priorities. Leadership ability: managing small teams or vendors, setting direction, and achieving results. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with marketing automation tools, digital platforms, social med Seniority level
