Position Overview

Brilliant, a respected and rapidly growing agency focused on family-oriented brands, seeks a full-time Social Media Manager to support the agency’s growing, award-winning full funnel marketing capabilities. This role requires hitting the ground running, owning the strategy and execution of organic social programs, and collaborating with other teams to maximize brand impact. We are a fully remote agency offering PR, Influencer, Social Media, Paid Media, Events & Activations and Affiliate Marketing, serving consumer lifestyle brands with a focus on products, brands, and services for families including baby and maternity, toys and games, tech, housewares, haircare and food. Strategy & Leadership: Lead the execution of organic social media programs across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, X, and LinkedIn; serve as a client-facing expert; develop and refine strategies aligned with client marketing objectives; maintain brand voice across channels; monitor performance and extract insights to inform content optimization. Content Development & Creative Direction: Build content calendars; provide creative direction to in-house teams, freelancers, and interns; collaborate with account and creative teams to launch campaigns; experiment with new content formats to spark engagement and expand organic reach. Collaboration with Community Engagement Team: Ensure proactive and reactive community management strategies deliver for clients; align social content with broader brand objectives. Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with Paid, Influencer, and PR/Account teams to optimize posts, amplify influencer efforts, and share calendars to support integrated campaigns. Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and interpret key social metrics; oversee reporting on content performance, engagement, and audience growth; maintain accountability for content quality and client satisfaction. What We’re Looking For

3+ years of agency social media experience (CPG) on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, X, LinkedIn. Proven ability to develop and execute social strategies that drive engagement and growth. Strong client-facing skills to discuss trends, strategy, and results confidently. Highly creative with the ability to translate marketing goals into engaging, on-trend social content. Persistent and experimental mindset; willing to test new approaches to achieve viral impact. Excellent time management and understanding of agency approval workflows. Familiarity with Gmail, Google Docs, video conferencing, and social analytics tools; Airtable is a plus. Powered by JazzHR
