Dinsmore has an opportunity available for associates in the Commercial Finance and Banking Practice Group in Indianapolis, IN; Chicago, IL; Louisville, KY; Detroit, MI; Cincinnati, OH; Cleveland, OH; Columbus, OH; and Pittsburgh, PA. The position requires a minimum of three years of experience in commercial real estate loan transactions. Experience with Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac/FHA multifamily lending and affordable housing, including transactions financed with low income housing tax credits and tax-exempt bonds, is beneficial and preferred. A license to practice in Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, Ohio, or Pennsylvania is required. Out-of-state candidates eligible for admission in Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, Ohio, or Pennsylvania will be considered. All candidates should have a strong academic background and possess excellent research, writing, analytical, and communication skills. Qualifications
