We are seeking a personable, polished, and proactive Executive Assistant to support three senior leaders within the Quantitative Strategies Management team. This is a newly created role, joining an established group of high-performing administrative professionals. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with a "go-getter" attitude, eager to contribute and grow within a dynamic and demanding environment. Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day administrative support to three executives, including calendar management, travel coordination, meeting scheduling, and expense processing. Serve as a liaison across internal teams and external contacts, ensuring smooth communication and follow-up. Draft and edit professional correspondence, presentations, and reports with clarity and precision. Anticipate needs and proactively manage priorities to ensure the executives' time is optimized. Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions. Qualifications
1-4 years of experience in an Executive Assistant or similar administrative role. Strong writing and communication skills; able to represent the executives and firm with polish and professionalism. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting. A positive, hard-working attitude with a willingness to take initiative and learn. Experience in finance is not required, but a professional demeanor and comfort in a high-performance environment are essential. Why This Role
