Overview Chief Product Officer role at PRGX. This role is responsible for the overall vision, strategy, development, and performance of the company\'s product portfolio. As a key member of the senior leadership team, the CPO drives product innovation, ensures alignment with business goals, and leads cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional client experiences and market success. The CPO will guide the organization\'s transition to customer-centric product frameworks while navigating complex stakeholder priorities and driving measurable business outcomes.
Responsibilities
Defines and communicates product and portfolio strategy, initiatives, and clearly defined/measurable objectives or KPIs to the board, senior leadership team, and company in alignment with business objectives
Leads long-term product planning, including market analysis, competitive positioning, innovation roadmaps, and leveraging multiple internal stakeholders (sales, external customers, internal resources) to conduct comprehensive product roadmap analysis
Translates product roadmap into quantifiable insights, pricing modules, and measurable business value using strong financial and accounting acumen
Oversees the entire product lifecycle—from ideation to launch to iteration—while championing user-centric design and data-driven decision making
Leads organizational transition to customer-centric product frameworks and drives change management and organizational/foundational transformation initiatives
Builds, mentors, and leads high-performing product management team with clear goals, KPIs, and accountability
Promotes cross-functional collaboration and navigates multiple stakeholder priorities across engineering, marketing, sales, customer success, and internal resources
Deeply understands customer needs, market trends, and emerging technologies including AI and data modeling/data monetization to ensure products deliver measurable value and market differentiation
Engages key customers and partners to gather feedback and build relationships
Manages product budgets, timelines, resource allocation, and implements scalable processes for product development, prioritization, and go-to-market execution
Monitors product performance and drives continuous improvement based on analytics and feedback
Fosters a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous improvement

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
Minimum of 10 years\' proven experience in product leadership roles with B2B, SaaS in data or workflow products, including previous experience serving in a CPO capacity at a mid-sized company
Deep understanding of the end-to-end procurement process—from identifying suppliers to final payment—and demonstrated experience with ERP/CLM systems
Exposure to AI and data modeling/data monetization, and experience leading organizational transition to customer-centric product frameworks
Proven ability to leverage multiple internal stakeholders (sales, external customers, internal resources) to conduct product roadmap analysis and translate findings into quantifiable insights and pricing modules using strong financial and accounting acumen
Experience communicating product and portfolio strategy, initiatives, and clearly defined/measurable objectives or KPIs to board and senior leadership teams
Demonstrated success in launching and scaling products across multiple markets and leading change management and organizational/foundational transformation
Self-starter with the ability to \"roll up their sleeves\" and cross-functionally navigate multiple stakeholder priorities or perspectives in fast-paced, dynamic environments
Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, business acumen, and exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities
Experience with Agile methodologies, product management tools, and data analytics platforms
Visionary mindset with a bias for action, passionate about solving real-world problems for customers, and collaborative and inclusive leadership style

Background from services or service-oriented company, or a company that leverages technology platforms heavily within a service-oriented ecosystem
Located in or willing to relocate to Atlanta area
Understanding of global/geolocational requirements for data-heavy product services
