Full-Time What This Role Offers
Choose your own cases and daily assignments - an uncommon level of control in most systems. Practice across both hospital and ambulatory settings, allowing for variety and pace that suit your preference. A balanced case model: 50% personally performed, 50% medical direction. Broad case mix including OB, neuro, vascular, regional/ortho, spine, uro/gyn, healthy peds, and general cases - with flexibility to focus where you\'re most comfortable. Optional teaching opportunities. A stable department of over 50 anesthesiologists with consistent leadership and low turnover. Pathways for growth in education, quality, or leadership - available but never mandatory. Manageable call schedule with no more than 3 overnights in 2 months. Why Colleagues Choose to Stay

MD or DO, completed ACGME-accredited Anesthesiology residency Board certified or eligible in Anesthesiology Licensed or eligible for licensure in New York State Fellowship training (cardiac, regional, pediatric, obstetric) is welcomed, but not required Cardiothoracic anesthesia opportunities are available with additional incentive Let\'s Connect

L - Light Work - Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly; requires occasional walking, standing or squatting. PAY RANGE
$400,000.00 - $600,000.00 The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for successful applicants. It may be modified in the future. Pay is determined by factors including experience, clinical licensure date, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity, location, and contracts.
