College Counseling Director As our College Counseling Director, you will help lead college counseling efforts and matriculation strategies at your site, so that students from underserved communities can successfully navigate the college admissions process and pursue higher education. Day to day, you will: Lead goal-setting processes with the site’s college counseling team to develop a strategic plan for matriculation and college readiness.
